I put myself on diet after I reached the 105 kg this week-end. But, even if everybody knows, I want to say how it's difficult. One thery could arg about our habits. Take a new habit is a question of 2/3 times the same thing. But, remove an habit, that could be very hard work. Our brain has really strange build-in features like that. It's clear that it does not want to care with too much of things, so if something is becoming usual, it's stored somewhere like an automation, an less consciousness is needed to action it. But, it the storing of new items is easy (because this way the brain can faster go on other unusual events), cleaning the habit area is a magician trick : just sometimes you can't. Try this : change the place of your trashcan in the kitchen, then note how many time you were ready to throw away something at the previous position of the can and how long it will happen that you'll still expect it at this old place ??? Result are just incredible.
This could cause some eating behaviours, link to some habit, very difficult to stop, like some apetizers when you're back from work.
So, 105 this week-end : let see if I'll have some good results next wee-end !
