My killer recipe : the roquefort sauce (for the dummies)

150 g Roquefort
20 cl cream
2 coffee spoon of Maizena in 15 cl of water

- stir the Roquefort in a frying pan until it melts almost totally.
- pour the cream and stir to mix everything
- mix the maizena in the cold water so you get a white liquid and pour this in the frying pan while you keep stirring.

Ready !
